Calcoras publishes calculators, reference tables and practical guides. This policy explains how we decide what goes live, how we use automation, and how readers can hold us accountable.
Human accountability
Calcoras is built and maintained by an independent developer. A real person is responsible for the formulas, source choices, page templates and corrections. Questions sent to [email protected] are read by the site owner.
Sources and calculations
Time-sensitive claims should point to a primary or authoritative source whenever one is available. Tax figures use IRS and Social Security Administration publications; economic comparison data may use sources such as the Federal Reserve and Bureau of Labor Statistics. Calculator assumptions and known limits are documented on our Calculator Methodology page and, when useful, beside the result.
How we use automation
Automation helps us build tables, apply deterministic formulas and keep a consistent layout. It is not evidence that a page is accurate or useful. Programmatic reference pages are generated only from defined inputs and formulas; they are not allowed to invent personal stories, quotes, sources or professional credentials. Our previously automated news section is not published.
Review and updates
Pages tied to annual rules are reviewed when new official figures become available. Material changes are reflected in the year label or a last-updated note. We test formula boundaries and sample scenarios when changing calculation logic. A calculator result is still an educational estimate, not personal financial, tax, medical or legal advice.
Advertising and affiliate independence
Advertising and affiliate relationships do not change a result, formula or recommendation. Ads are deliberately disabled on programmatic child-reference pages. Affiliate links, where present, lead to third-party sites and do not affect the free tools.
Corrections
If something looks wrong, email [email protected] with the page URL, the inputs you used and the result you expected. We will reproduce the issue, compare it with the documented source or formula, and correct confirmed errors. See also our Disclaimer.
